Wonderful service, top level food!
4 of us enjoyed dinner, with the mixed salad, foie gras (3 versions!), ceviche & the fantastic puff pastry & cream cheese amuse bouche. Our Mains were superb: the perfectly herbed chicken filet, the loup (sea bass), and Gambas (large shrimps). Excellent sides, including a substitute if vegetables for the risotto.
Olive mashed potatoes are my favorite, now!
And Whispering Angel Rosé!
For dessert, we had a sparkler for our birthday girl and the “melty” chocolate cake with 4 spoons and very good coffee, followed by a gift of a shot (or two) of spiced rum liquor.
